Virginia and Jordan's Engagment

This past weekend I headed up to Atlanta for the afternoon to photograph Virgina and Jordan's Engagement! Their wedding is right around the corner so it was awesome that we got to meet up at Atlantic Station to capture some sweet moments of their engagement! Here are a few of my favs!



I LOOOOVE this one! Its just so perfect!



They were so sweet and even though it was freezing were ready to have fun with me.

We popped into a gallery for some funny shots and to warm up. The gallery manager saw us shooting outside in the hall for the image above and invited us in to take to photos with the beautiful sculptures from Zimbabwe. Too see more about the gallery got to www.friendsforeverzimbabwe.com


The sunset was perfect for some warmth and for these shots!





More sweet shoots of the super cute couple! I cannot wait to photographer this girl in her dress, and I am sure Jordan will rock the tux!





Virginia rocked some gorgeous boots.







There was this really cute little train going around the square for all the kiddies to ride, but the conductor let them hop aboard for a couple of sweet shots!

Christmas Festivities!

I am a little behind on blogging some of the fun things I have been up to this Christmas season. Here are some photos of us picking out our tree this year! Yes Kensie came too. (did you know dogs are welcome at Lowes)

Also last Thursday night my me and two of my friends (Elizabeth and Lori) decorated a table for the woman's Christmas dinner at our church. Last year Elizabeth and I decorated and table at the last minute and just thew something together but this year we got together and planned our awesome table! Elizabeth has been waiting for me to post this, so here it is! (by the way it is a woodland/berry theme.






Basically they were mostly my bird ornaments(I collect them), Lori's awesome crystal vase and beautiful china and Elizabeth's garland, nuts, berries and awesome ideas!




Also here are some of the other tables that we really liked. There was a Candy table, a Pink Princess table, a table with feathers, and one that Lori liked all the silver.


I hope that whatever you are up to this season that you are having a merry time!

Karla and Eric's Engagement!

The first time that Karla and I met we totally hit it off. She is a bit of a free spirit and she totally gets my work and style. I really enjoyed spending the afternoon with her and Eric. They are such a sweet couple and the proud parents of two sweet dogs. Karla and Eric first met at the Macon dog park where they bonded over their pups, so it was perfect to take the dogs out to the park for the first part of the session.

Ok... so Lola is Eric's black and white border collie and Kamper is Karla's Australian shepherd. Aren't they cute! I know Kensie (my dog) would have a blast with them.







At the Macon Dog park the the sky was amazing!


Then we dropped the dogs off at home and headed downtown for some cool shots of Karla and Eric.



I love these fall leaves...so guess what we did with them!

I love these next two they are such a cute couple! Make sure you look at all these when the gallery is posted. Eric shows his silly side!

One of my favorite from the whole shoot. Karla was a cheerleader and now coaches so she really showed Eric how to get some air!



Then this was one of their favorites... they both pointed out the heart...I did not even see it when I was shooting it. Cute!

Baby V.

I got to do a photo shoot with the sweetest little boy last week! Baby V was just as happy as could be and did a great job. We only had one melt down...but those are always cute pictures to me. (Maybe because I am not the mom) He is a very curious lively little boy and we caught some awesome moments of him being a typical two year old. Here are some of my favs!

He found this little nook in the wall himself...and thought it was the perfect little seat in just his size.












This one of my absolute favorites! It looks like he is discovering how big the tree is.

...then we had one one little melt down...isn't he precious!
